Virginian Hoppers questions

Ted:  you are correct that VGN had two covered hoppers.  Period.  Bowser ran at least three different numbers, two of which are bogus.  They did run 3800, which is correct.  There was a rumor that they were planning 12 different numbers, but I'm not sure that ever actually came about.
