Farewell to Steam on the N&W

I think that was 268 diesels in addition to what they already had. Anyway, 
the Norfolk Southern system today is much, much larger than the N&W in 1958. 
(It didn't even include the Virginian then, much less the NKP, Wabash, etc.)
