I don't know the number, but apartments are occupied, and have been for quite some time.

  GOB North is now the Roanoke Higher Education Center and it seems to be doing well in its adaptave reuse.

  GOB South was reported in the Untimely and Worthless News a couple years ago as undergoing renovation into
  high-end downtown apartments. Is this a viable project? Are the renovations still underway, are apartments occupied,
  or did this go the way of some other Roanoke projects?
