Where is this?

GOB South was reported in the Untimely and Worthless News a couple years ago as undergoing renovation into
high-end downtown apartments. Is this a viable project? Are the renovations still underway, are apartments occupied,
or did this go the way of some other Roanoke projects?

Gee, Bruce, I sure hope those upscale apartments have hot running water, because in N&W days,
the mens rest rooms only had cold water.? Don't know about the ladies rest rooms.
