Virginian Railway's Income Declines

   Virginian Railway yesterday reported net income of $799,901 in 
February compared with $1,355,255 in February 1957. Gross revenues 
declined to $3,926,613 from $5,050,109. Net income during the first 
months of 1958 was $1,817,648 compared with $2,741,805 a year ago.
