611 move to East End Shops

Flues and Tubes would have to be replaced reguardless if 1218 were to be 
rebuilt, so no problem there. There are plenty of other sources for air pump 
parts all over this country so that really isn't a problem either, besides 
after sitting for 10+ years you are likely going to take the pumps apart to 
clean and rebuild them anyways. Staybolts really aren't a problem either, 
but it would be nice to not have to start from nothing.

Now, I will say, 1218 would cost a small fortune to rebuild. Ask the UP they 
spend it every year with the 3985.
