Domed Passenger Cars

The Wabash Domes were used on #15 &#16 from Cincinnati to Norfolk. I wassn't 
in the area to see the use on the Powhatan Arrow but the presence of head 
end cars on the Arrow it seems most possible.---Bob Stump
