Condition of Engineer Crouch

The condition of Engineer T.B. Crouch, who was very badly injured on
the yard here Saturday evening, is reported as more favorable and
hopes are entertained for his recovery. He stepped from his engine
onto another track, was struck by a yard engine, knocked down and the
engine passed over him. He was rolled some distance under the engine,
but strange to relate did not have a bone broken and none of his
limbs were mashed or cut off. How he escaped is a wonder. It is now
thought that unless there is come complications arise he will recover.
