Decreased traffic

This is for rail fans of CSX on the old RF&P (between Wash. DC & Richmond, 
VA).

Freight traffic has been rerouted to the west because of the single tracked 
bridge in northern Virginia being closed for major structural repairs. It will 
be closed another 2 - 3 weeks.

The only thru traffic on the line currently is Amtrak & a hot piggy 
back/container freight that goes thru DC via Union Station (of course some local 
freight traffic can be seen north of Richmond).
