Had to happen, but still sad to see history being demolished.  Reminds  me of 
a trip to Pittsburgh, and seeing the remains of the Homestead steel mill  
being torn down as we watched.  Even with photographs, the next generation  will 
have a difficult time understanding how full of life these places once  were.
