Modeling (Only) Entry in PDF

This form is for the modleing contest in at this year's Convention in 
Strasburg, PA. I encourage all of you to fill out this form in 
advance of the convention. You will notice that there are a couple of 
new categories. Please be sure to leave the box marked "Entry Number" 
blank, as that number will be assigned to each individual entry at 
Strasburg. Also, please fill out the two claim check boxes at the 
bottom of the form, they will be cut off and given to you in Strasburg as well.

If you plan to have a display that is not going to be judged in this 
year's contest, please contact me off-line at rmgnw611 at msn.com, and I 
will provide you the "Display Only" form.

Both forms will be available at the convention in Strasburg.
