Not knowing the specific location and its methods, but cars are often
drifted downgrade to a spot, moved with a car mover by hand ( a long
pry bar essentially) or moved with a dozer, tractor, heavy duty truck.
Light cars with roller bearings are not that tough to move, generally
speaking, your actual mileage may vary.
