Just west of that spot(looking straight ahead) the tracks cross a road 
...The tracks are paved over so the answer is no, but they do sometimes 
store coal loads on the branch and once I have seen them stored to the 
point where they were under Coopers trestle, so it gave the impression 
that it was.  That is the only thing that track is used for is storing 
loads.
