I think --don't remember for sure -- that CSX sold or leased the coal piers in Newport News to an outside firm which may also explain the low/no volume of shipments. NS still of course owns the Lambert's Point Coal Piers. Jim McDaniel, Delmarva, no coal piers, owned or otherwise
