How Many Loco "Builder's Cards" Did N&W Publish?

I have one of the 2171 (as built). It has statistics on the back and 
even lists the negative number: 32708. I assume it is letter press, but 
it is near photo print quality. I think I got it as a hand out at the 
Bluefield Coal Show (probably 1949).   Jim Nichols
