The latest word is; NS is going to pull all the power switches off the Peavine so the crews would have to through manuals.
This way NS can take the Vine off the CTC.
Also as the signal lights burn out, they would stay out, no replacement.
The lumber yard in Peebles is OUT OF BUSINESS!!!, so perhaps NS will re cut the line at East Mt. Zion.
On 8-23-2004 L51 had BNSF 5419.  It was quite a sight to see.  I caught him in Afton and Curliis Ln.
51 is running empties to the grainery in Winchester also.
