Buena Vista double tank location?

Roger,
       The tanks were located at Loch Laird, just south of what is now 10th 
St. Crossing. We call it the "Ball Park Crossing". There is still some concrete 
footers for something there. Some, along with a canal lock was taken out 
because of the anti flood construction close to the right of way.
