[N&W] Reweigh Codes

Were the reweigh station codes for the N&W all two-letter designations?
By contrast, did the VGN use three-letter designations for its reweigh
station codes?

For N&W, I have the following:  Bluefield (BL), Bristol (BR), Crewe
(CW), Kenova (KE), Lamberts Point (LP), Lynchburg (LY), Norfolk (NK),
Portsmouth (PO), Roanoke (RO), Shaffers Crossing (SC), Williamson (WI),
and Cincinnati (ZZ).

For VGN, I have Princeton (PTN).

Did each railway have a distinct reweigh code even in jointly served
cities?
