[N&W] H12 Bi-Centennial Hopper

Have checked the archives files on the paint scheme used for the H12 #1776.
We have the stencil drawing, but it does not show the paint for the ends.  I
have 2 slides of the car in my personal collection.  The underside of the
slope sheets and the underframe were definitely Black!  The one slide which
shows a partial view of the end was taken after the car had been in service
for a good while.  The paint (Red or Blue) on the sides was not acrried
around the ends.  It appears that the car end with the red side is painted
blue, but could be a very faded black.
