Baggage-RPO Car for Abingdon Branch Mixed Consist

 Ordinarily it was a BMg. Four wheel trucks. 15' RPO apartment. I have no idea what is available in O scale. I have kit bashed these cars in HO starting with the Athearn RPO-baggage body.

Would like to model this car in O scale and want to know if there are any kits or RTR models that are at least close to accurate for the prototype.
