10-1-1 what for?

Rick,

I'm away from my research materials and specifically the Kratville book on
Pullman cars.  As I recall, there were several "Island" cars in that
series, perhaps a dozen or so, and I believe there was a builder's photo of
Island Rose or Regal in the book that showed the small upper berth
windows.  I don't remember the other names in the Island series since they
weren't "N&W."
