The big visual difference is that the H10 had the slope sheets in 2 parts, with the upper part having a steeper angle of slope. This also causes the end sheets to look a bit different too.

Subject: H10 model
I asked several weeks ago about identifying a coal hopper and the identity was a H10.
Could the BLI H2 be used as a stand in since the overall measurements are the same?
I have looked several times at the NW coal hopper book and see no real discrepancy in measurements.
