HO scale K1 sand dome

[NW Modeling List]

 Back around 1963 MODEL RAILROADER magazine published drawings for the N&W K1. I would think in this day and age someone could use those drawings to make a 3D print of that sand box. Maybe the NWHS has drawings for it in their archives. Years ago, I was able to get drawings and have correct sand boxes made for the Rivarossi VGN Class AG.

Does a source exist for an HO scale K1 sand dome from after the rebuild?  Maybe I’ve missed it, but I’ve never seen one from the brass casting companies.  Has anyone ever tried, or seen, a 3d printed version?
