In an interview on What's Neat this week, they said that they had already turned away over 70 vendors and exhibitors for the show. They have 350000 sq ft of space and are looking to add 50000 more in a 5th building. If you want space in the 26 show, you need to order it now.

I have no idea if I'll be able to make it this year, but it's too late for groups signing up this year anyway.
I'll add this: there are at least a few other historical groups there. They typically have a graphic of some kind, books, and sometimes models. A good diorama is also an idea.
We could also establish a picket line around the PRR group lol. Although they could probably do the same after they got n&w management at the PC.
This year is full up for exhibitors. I think they usually fill up just about the entire complex (multiple buildings). I think we need at apply, and talk with them.
If you do model trains this one is worth traveling for.

Well,
It's far away for most of you but the Amherst show at the Big E in Agawam Mass is gigantic and gets thousands of people and just about every manufacturer plus their principals.
Someone even brings a Maine narrow gauge steam locomotive down and it's fired up.

The society is interested in increasing its presence at train shows and would like to know who out there would be willing to carry the flag? Let us know what shows you attend and if you would be willing to man (or woman) a booth to get the word out on who we are and what we do.adTHANKSvance,Jim Cochran________________________________________
