[NW Modeling List]

Hi,

Sure, I've never published anything like this before. I've been learning to
paint and weather, and I have to admit I find it very fun. You can turn
owning a coach into a hobby painting for quite some time.

Who do I talk to about writing it?

Here are a few photos I have on hand. I took some more along the way, or
have others from some of the others I did. I've done 4 coaches, 1 baggage,
and now this. Those are fun subjects because they were all treated
differently, so I get to use different techniques and materials.

Here is a shot of the car half re-assembled.



Here is the side after I got the stripes on, I went through about 4 stripes
per side with 4 more ruined until I got that ok. I've got a story about one
side of this thing. It really looks different with the gloss coat of paint
at this step.



That last one is how I removed the letters from it. I had to sand the
raised letters after so I'm not sure I needed to do that.

PS: the Classic Trains special on Pullmans was a real good resource. It
actually had a picture of the Galax in Florida after a run. It was a little
cleaner then my version.
