Second, yes, it certainly appears to be gone. The original folks who organized at Bluefield passed away some years back, another person took it over, the college cancelled all the reservations at the facility, and they had to relocate to a hotel which did not have good facilities. I believe they had two shows there, then the person organizing it passed away two years ago.
