Wanted: OMI C32P

I sent a message to the sell list and decided to try here as well.
I have an OMI 1145 N&W steel caboose 500854(ex-P&WV 850) it is incorrectly numbered as 530064.  
I would like to trade for an OMI 3860 N&W C32P unpainted preferred cab.
