What a shame to produce such an expensive mistake! Must have been another case of the manufacturer never consulting an historical society for prototype information.
I asked them to sell undecorated cars but they said there was no demand for them. I'd rather paint them myself than have to strip their mess and start over. I guess most modelers would prefer the Tyco look!
