This is a result of previous pre-orders not being paid for (RS-11s and fishbelly hoppers) which burdens the society with excess inventory.  The $25.00 deposit for each locomotive will be applied to the final balance upon invoicing.   Deadline for pre-orders is April 30th.  This deadline could also be extended once Rapido determines their production schedule.   Please address all pre-orders to me at mtarnett at bellsouth.net.
