Virginian Passenger Trains/USRA locomotives

Thank you, Jim.  I may have that issue in my stacks, and I may have '75 
& '76 complete in there somewhere.  I'll have to look through my model 
train mags and see if I can come up with the right issue.  I really 
appreciate the help and look forward to working on one.
