I was hoping the sales list would be along the format of the
HOSwap at groups.io It is probably similar to the O Scale list Stephen Rineair
mentioned; It is the simplest format of these type of sales list I have
encountered. Their Guidelines are listed on the web site for buyers and
sellers.

The listing appears once indicating the item for sale, a description,
price, and method of payment acceptable. As a courtesy, the list moderators
request a subsequent posting when the item is sold; this is usually done by
simply adding the word SOLD to the subject line.  All communications are
between buyer and seller.  It is very simple and works well.

If by chance the moderators of the to be N&W Sales list are not familiar
with the guidelines of HOSwap, I would be glad to provide them off list.
