Bowser RS-3s

  The commissary is still taking pre-orders for the Bowser HO Scale
locomotives. I have just spoken with Bowser and they have found a new
factory for production. I was also informed that these locomotives will be
available in the second half of 2019.  There is not a deadline for
pre-orders at the moment so feel free to place your order.  Thanks to all.
