Hi Dave,
  Correct you are.  I will inquire about adding the shirts to the registration page. I think it is necessary to help us determine the quantities that we need to order. Nonetheless, Jim is all squared away.
  You are correct once again. You can use the form that you received to only order shirts along with a big note.  We appreciate the support.

I suspect Mr. Hawkins' confusion arises from the fact that ordering the shirts is not available through on-line registration.  At the time you posted and he asked his question, the referenced "mailing" was still a few days away from arriving.  I decided, correctly in retrospect, to wait for the mailing; it came today.  As I've already registered, I'll just use the portion of the printed form that shows the shirts, with a big note that I'm already registered.  Should be pretty straightforward, yes?
