There are two excellent choices available to you. Archer decals makes 3d printed thin film decals that are applied just like wet film decals from ShellScale, Microscale, Herald King and the like. They can be applied to a painted surface or to a prepped surface with a clear coat such as Future Floor Wax.

Your other option is from Plano. They make photo etched details. Their louver sets are just the louver itself and not any of the surrounding sheet metal.
