Mark,

Please contact me offline and I can help you with the decals.

>From what Roger says, I appear to have the same decals he mentions. I have two excess PH-7D (Deluxe gold) Champ decals for N&W Passenger Cars.

I’ll just need an address. They will fit in an envelope with a piece of cardboard to stiffen it.

>From what I’ve heard from others, I’d recommend spraying the decal sheets with clear coat and let them dry completely before using them. Due to their age they might crumble if not coated before being used.

The dyno was imported many years ago by NWSL (North West Short Line) in HO scale brass. They are frequently found on feebay and the price seems to vary from $85-$200.

The decal sets I've used in the past were made by Champion Decal Co. which is no longer in business. It requires 2 different sets to letter the car. I don't have the numbers handy but their N&W Passenger Car set and their Passenger Car Data set have what you need.

Has anyone modeled the dynamometer car on display at the VTM? Where would you find decals for the car? I am back in the hobby after 36 years and now retirement and live in TN. I would appreciate any tips and help. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mark Goodrich
