Tom English was the provider of the decals in question and he passed a way
a couple of years ago. His wife had the art work but she passed away about
2 weeks ago and I don't know what has happened to the art work. Alan Cox

Ouch -- you may be right. I don't retain a current copy of the Commissary,
and was working from memory. If so, it's a sad loss.

If the situation is correct, a possible option would be for N&WHS and a
surviving family member to work with a decal seller such as Bill Mosteller of
Great Decals to reinstitute the sets. Several of Bill's current sets have
originated from designers no longer intrested in being in the decal
business.

Bob,
I was told that the NWHS has long been out of the hopper decals and didn’t
think they would be able to get more since the guy that made them had died
a few years ago.
Was I misinformed?
