Does anyone have a 1947 Locomotive encyclopedia?

he found the floor plan for the Machine Shop in Williamson in the 1947
issue of the Locomotive Encyclopedia.

OK Ray, here you go. The caveat being nowhere does it specifically say that
this is the Williamson Machine Shop. All of the photographs are of the
Williamson facility, but, it doesn't say that this is that shop.
