Hopper leasing?

[NW Modeling List]

In 1951-52 N&W leased 1,500 Pennsy H21A 70 ton hoppers. Most were returned by 
July 1952 and all were gone by October. Despite the short lease, the cars were 
patch painted and lettered N&W. Reference Dow's "N&W Caol Cars" p. 122)
