Actually thats just the way we speak German here in the south!
although I have only been into model RRIng for a few years I have seen a lot of your work in lots of different mags and lots of old ones I have collected as well.  Even though I will likely never get to meet you in person, I want you to know I LOVE your work.  I am trying to learn to model N&W during WWII and just soak up every article you create! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR EFFORTS!

It appears that Big Walley is attempting to show it phonetically in the English alphabet. (Mitout der umlaut!). It comes close to the German pronunciation.    Jim Nichols

Not to be picky but it is

Schon, Schon, Alles ist Schon.

Also there should be an umlaut(the two horizontal dots) over the "O" in schon.

Dear members,

we (a friend and me) made a modular HO-scale coal mining layout for presenting on model exhibitions here in Germany. It features a tipple from which hoppers are actually loaded with crushed coal and  three company houses and a company store to represent a mining town. We tried to capture the landscape of  West Virginia by modeling mountains thickly covered with forest and a hand painted backdrop.
We operate N&W stam locos and meanwhile some diesels and we run coaltrains up to 40 loaded hoppers with  helper  service. The layout was already presentet in some modeling magazines in Germany and Switzerland.

Recently I was informed by a friend, that there are a few clips on Youtube, which were made during an exhibition at Adliswil near Zurich in Switzerland in 2006. I'd like to share them with you:
13th Convention Adliswil 2006 volume 2 , volume 3 and 4.

I hope you will enjoy them.
