Ditto the roof. Having held Grant Carpenter's M1 in my hands, I would agree that the red is a little lighter than I would prefer and the roof color is really not acceptable. So Division Point appears to be going in the right direction. Trucks look a little funny - why doesn't the leaf spring contact the equalizer (lower member)? I just wish the prices of the DP M-1, and probably the rest of the following cars, was a little more reasonable. I've seen the M-1 several places and there's just no way I can afford $450-490 RPOs and other passenger cars no matter how accurate they are done, especially considering one needs more than one of each. ? And some got repainted more than once. I remember seeing ex-Vgn trainmasters in black with the script herald. BTW - Athearn used the blue scheme, but then, Athearn is not what you wanted.
