PAUL; It is the November 2009 issue of RMC. It has two seperate track plans with the larger being a three level plan featuring Norton. There are excellent tips for operations in the Interstate/L&N/N&W era as well as for the period when SOU ran the Interstate and on into NS operations. It is an intriguing area of operations however it offers no opportunity for passenger service and very limited freight service except for coal operations. Of course there is always "modelers license". Dan.
