Yes, at least some if not all. I also believe the ex-NKP high hood passenger RS-36's also were painted passenger blue. Ed Painter; Narrows, VA living in AR

They were numbers 500-521. GP-9 521 is currently at the Virginia Museum of Transportation, coupled to the 611 Tool Car. John
