I found the box for it but there is no price on it.
The box has the following information:

    It is from N&W Drawings

    It is 100% Laser-cut wood

    There are peel&stick window and Door assemblies

    It has a "Tin" style roof with Peel & Stick roof battens

    A Beautifully Engineered Outside Staircase

    A cast white metal Smoke Jack

    It is 5" long x 2.5" wide x 4.25" high
