All -

If any of you have Walthers Turntables and are using DCC, do you have to do any special wiring you wouldn't have to do with DC?

I however cannot afford to buy a turntable, so I have to scratchbuild one for my HO layout. I however have one problem. I am having difficulty finding the inside tracking rail on the edge of the turntable pit. Any ideas on how to model this?

Ed,

The "standard" N&W turntable was 115 feet; that said, I have the Walthers turntable and I'm very happy with it.

Hi folks

At a sale at my favorite hobby shop in Duluth this weekend I saw the Walthers "Cornerstone" 130' turntable. Having lost my Diamond Scale Constuction TT a while back, I looked itthis one up in the Walthers catalog and it seemed to fit the bill.

Big enough for an "A" and looking at photos in a few NW books seemed to match pretty well.

Any comments from anyone who has it? Mechanism OK? More or less true to NW practice?

Thanks as always.
