N&W neon Signs

[NW Modeling List]

I thought maybe I could have the N&W sign produced, (early style) in HO.
The minimal order is 500 pc. So far 3 0r 4 orders is a long way from 500 
a several thousand $ investment.

Are these the same as the H & C Coffee signs?  HO scale?
