Streamlined K2a overall dimensions

Dear fellows,
Bachmann Spectrum has the Heavy USRA Mountain, wich is a K2. You can use
this power train for your conversion. It's only missing the Worthington
feed water heater, but it is partialy covered by K2a streamline.
