Neon Sign dimensions for N&W Roanoke Shops

Members; On another topic. Can anyone tell me, for a friend and fellow N&W modeler, did the "war baby" Js have the same steamboat whistle as the streamlined locos. It would seem to me that they wouldn't change out the whistle when "destreamlining" but you never know. Dan.
