Of course, the needed details are entirely up to you. I find the basics are
a large leslie 5-chime horn from Overland or Detail West; all-weather
bay-windows from Detail Associates, and if you are using a Proto 2000 GP9
they may come with the model; and a nose mounted bell from Custom Finishing.
To make the plate for the heralds on each end, you might try using a
standard hole punch on a thin piece of plastic.
