Ok, wrong "Hollins College", the VT archive photo is the original Budd-built
S1 10-6, not the 451 excursion car. Sorry for the confusion.

Morning Sun's "Norfolk And Western Color Guide To Freight And Passenger
Equipment" has a broadside view of Hollins College, still in N&W paint I
believe. You might also try searching online for Jeff Lubchansky; he has a nice
collection of Norfolk Southern business car photos.
Yes, it is an ex-Wabash car, originally purchased for a joint Union Pacific
train. It is very similar if not identical to UP's 12/4 sleepers.

Hello all,
I was wondering if any of you would know where I might be able to find side
pics of the "Hollins College" sleeper car. The car number is 451 and it
survived into the NS era, as NS 10. I believe it use to belong to the Wabash on
it's Western Sunset passenger train but that is all I know. I hope you guys
can give me some info, as I'm trying to build a model of the car. I've
asked the society but I haven't heard from them so maybe you guys can help.
Thanks,
Juan Wilson
