Tyco Chattanooga 2-8-0

Just an old project laying around for 25 years.  PFM brought the sam version
in 79 and I quit.  If you want another view I will be glad to take it.  One
dome move, change air tank and add the compressor.  Everything lines up
pretty good.  Boiler size real good.
